Education is part of our mission here at VC. Living Well Workshops have been happening the last Wednesday of the month since we began in 1999, designed to support you and our community to better understand the importance of lifetime wellness. Many companies have benefited from our experience and knowledge, to help reduce lost work time and on-the-site musculoskeletal problems from health symptoms such as low back pain, neck pain, headache, and carpal tunnel syndrome just to name a few. Company Health Fairs
Vaughan Chiropractic provides the team & technology for a free posture screening at company health fairs, health & safety days or anytime onsite. This is always fun and informative for employees. Previous posture screenings have taken place at locations such as Grand & Toy, Rona, Costco, MDS Inc., Canadian Tire, Toronto Star, and The City of Vaughan.
Custom Foot Orthotics
Vaughan Chiropractic provides custom orthotics and footwear from the Orthotic Group custom orthotic and footwear laboratory. We offer custom foot orthotics based on individual needs.Orthotics are used in the treatment and prevention of many foot and related problems that can affect the ankle, knee, hip and lower back, and for correcting poor biomechanics and gait alignment. We also offer a line of Sportflex Orthotics specifically designed for professional athletes and golfers.

Backpack Safety is a volunteer community wellness program designed to enhance parents', teachers' and children's awareness for back pack safety. Dr. Jacqueline has brought this program to a number of Vaughan Public & Catholic Schools. This program can be brought to your school by request.
EQ Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence is training and development to increase emotional IQ. Dr. Gus is a certified coach trained through the Institute of Health and Human Potential. He is available as a keynote speaker to train individuals and organizations in Emotional Intelligence. To schedule this training call or email our centre.
