Corrective & Wellness Chiropractic Care
The doctors at our centre are extremely proficient in a gentle, posture-based technique called Chiropractic Biophysics Technique©. With this approach, families can see measured postural corrections of their spine. For infants, children and pregnant moms, these adjustments mostly utilize light pressure and positioning. Once postural correction has been achieved, wellness care is about keeping the spine in its optimal healthy alignment to maximize life force throughout life.

Discover Wellness Workshops
These advanced workshops help you to Live Well. They follow one of many monthly themes, or follow ourFamily Wellness Series. They take place the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5:30pm. Workshops are complimentary for practice members and guests, but registration is required.

Corporate Wellness Workshops
The doctors are dedicated to educating company employees on the benefits of optimal health through proper biomechanics at work, exercise, anatomy, nutrition and stress reduction tips. The companies benefit from our experience and knowledge, to help reduce lost work time and on-the-site musculoskeletal problems from low back pain, neck pain, headache, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Small and largecompanies that have benefitted from ourworkshops include Home Depot, Sears Canada, Callaway Golf, TD Bank, Costco, Labatt's, Longo's, MDS Inc., Dubble Bubble, and York Region Catholic School Board.

Company Health Fairs
Vaughan Chiropractic provides the team & technology for a free posture screening at company health fairs, health & safety days or anytime onsite. This is always fun and informative for employees. Previous posture screenings have taken place at locations such as Grand & Toy, Rona, Costco, MDS Inc., Canadian Tire, Toronto Star, and The City of Vaughan.

Custom Foot Orthotics
Vaughan Chiropractic is a proud provider of BMSI Orthopaedics. We offer custom foot othotics based on individual needs. Orthotics are used in the treatment and prevention of many foot and related problems that can affect the ankle, knee, hip and lower back, and for correcting poor biomechanics and gait alignment. We also offer a line of Sportflex Orthotics specifically designed for professional athletes and golfers.

Backpack Safety Program
Backpack Safety is a volunteer community wellness program designed to enhance parents', teachers' and children's awareness for back pack safety. Dr. Jacqueline has brought this program to a number of Vaughan Public & Catholic Schools. This program can be brought to your school by request.

EQ Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence is training and development to increase emotional IQ. Dr. Gus is a certified coach trained through the Institute of Health and Human Potential. He is available as a keynote speaker to train individuals and organizations in Emotional Intelligence. To schedule this training call or email our centre.
